Terms of Sale for www.coaguchek.co.nz
1.1 These terms apply to the purchase of any products from www.coaguchek.co.nz ("Website"). Products sold via the Website are sold by Roche Diagnostics NZ Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). These terms form part of the contract you make with us when you purchase anything from the Website.
2. Creating an account
2.1 In order to make a purchase via the Website, you will need to create an account. When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete and up to date information about yourself, and you must keep that information up to date. You must make sure you keep your account information and password confidential, and not allow any other person to use your account. If you believe the confidentiality of your account details or password may be compromised, you must tell us straight away, and immediately change your password. We may cancel your account or stop you from accessing our website at any time if we think the security of your account may be compromised, or if you are using this website fraudulently, maliciously, for an improper purpose, or in breach of the law or any applicable terms and conditions.
3. Ordering using the Website
3.1 Products offered for sale on the Website are only offered for sale within New Zealand. To view products for sale in other jurisdictions, please visit your local Roche website.
3.2 We reserve the right to refuse to accept your order at our sole discretion. We will notify you whether your order has been accepted by email. At that time we will confirm the details of your purchase and tell you our expected date of despatch.
3.3 We aim to fulfil all orders placed using the Website but we do not guarantee that the products advertised will always be in stock. If you order a product that is out of stock, we will contact you and advise you of your alternatives (which may include cancelling your order or placing a backorder). We will not be responsible for our inability to supply products where we are out of stock.
4. Pricing and payment
4.1 Prices quoted on the Website are inclusive of GST and are quoted and billed in New Zealand dollars.
4.2 We do our best to ensure that the descriptions and prices for the products and services shown on the Website are accurate and up-to-date. However we reserve the right to adjust the actual price charged if the prices shown are incorrect, and to vary our prices and product descriptions at any time and without notice. If you place an order based on incorrect pricing, we do our best to not send your order until we have advised you of the mistake and confirmed that you want to purchase the product at the correct price.
4.3 Payment for the total price of your order, including any delivery charge, must be made by credit card at the time of submitting your order.
5.1 Orders made using the Website will be delivered within New Zealand by courier. You must make sure someone is available at your delivery address to accept delivery. Any orders submitted may incur a delivery charge which covers the costs associated with the handling and delivery of your order. The delivery charge will be identified and included in the total when you pay for your order.
5.2 We will despatch orders to the delivery address that you have specified within a reasonable time. We will tell you our expected despatch time when we confirm your order. Sometimes a failure or delay in delivery may be caused by an event outside of our reasonable control. We will not be held responsible if this happens.
5.3 Title to all products supplied to you will be retained by us until payment is made in full. All risk of loss of, or damage to, the products passes to you on delivery of the products to the address that you specify at the time of order.
6. Returns and cancellation
6.1 In order to ensure prompt delivery, once your order has been submitted you may not vary or cancel it. However, if you contact us immediately we may, at our sole discretion, allow you to vary or cancel your order.
